We are looking for an experienced Servicing Administrator in short-term insurance (Personal and commercial experience is a must)
We are situated in Moreletapark , Pretoria
The Servicing Administrator is primarily responsible for performing the tasks that comprise the after sales service offering to customers, thereby contributing to the ongoing customer relationship. The main focus of the role is to provide quality service and maximise customer retention and referral. Servicing includes tasks like addition of new vehicle, update of residential addresses, handling of claims, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond and action on client servicing requests e.g. Change of bank account details, sending updated policy schedules, claims, scan and upload of client documentation on electronic database, filing and organising of client electronic files.
Skills & Qualifications required:
At least 2 years’ experience in short-term insurance, for personal and commercial.
Expertise in production of documents in Excel and Word
Effective customer service and relationship skills including the ability to modify approach to meet the needs of the customer.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements
Understanding of the products and services offered by the business
Excellent overall communication abilities including interpersonal effectiveness and ability to modify approach to suit various audiences.
Strong time management and follow-up ethic. Attention to detail and experience in shortterm is a MUST
Fluent in reading and writing in English and Afrikaans.
Salary & Remuneration:
A basic salary of R12,000 is offered.
