Duties:

 The duties of a Receptionist.

 General admin and filing

 All admin as may be requested

Requirements:

• Be able to start immediately.

• Must be able to work on Microsoft office Word / Excel / Outlook

• Must be Fluent in English and Afrikaans

• Must have reliable and consistent transport

• Must be neat and Presentable with good communication skills

• Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills

• Honest and Reliable

• Be able to work under pressure

• Be able to follow instructions from Seniors

• Willing to learn and improve one self

• Must be able to work without constant supervision

• Must be willing to work as a team
