Office admin / Receptionist

Administrator- 3months Contract

A senior Certificate/Grade 12
Qualifications in administration/computer studies will be an advantage
A Minimum of 3years working experience in a fast-paced environment.
Contactable references from previous employer.
Preferable Male

Between the ages of 23-30 years


Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Manage correspondences of huge volumes of phone calls/e-mails
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Meeting daily targets set

Submit reports as required
All recruitment functions i.e. advertising, booking appointments, finalising all paperwork and Hosting candidates
All administrative duties
Assist colleagues with adhoc functions


Proven experience as an office administrator
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritise duties accordingly, with intermediate administrative experience.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Professionalism and poise are key
Skills Required
Time management skills are required
A friendly, confident and helpful attitude is a non-negotiable
