2 years experience in a similar roleGraduate degree preferredAccurate processing of invoices on a daily basis in order to effect payments on time Following up with suppliers to ensure all outstanding invoices and monthly statements are obtained
Ensuring invoices are VAT compliantAccurately prepare monthly reconciliations of creditors account statements against the age analysisResolve queries with suppliers timeouslyfilling of invoices and supporting documentation
Completing of credit applications when necessarymaintaining master files for each creditorAny other ad hoc duties pertaining to the admin clerk function Able to work under pressure – stick to deadlines
Strong reconciliation skills Basic journal processing knowledge
Must work well in a teamSupplier focus: Respond and deal effectively with suppliersSalary commensurate with experience and is between R8 500 and R10 000 monthly
