Duties & Responsibilities
- Answering Phones
- Checking Faxes
- Maintain Reception Area
- Making Coffee / Tea for Clients
- Placing Orders for Brochures, Business Cards etc.
- Basic Filing
- Ordering Office Groceries, Stationery
- Arranging Office Lunches for Meetings
- Printing of Brochures for reception
- Check expiration dates for certificates for the company
- Diesel Sheet and Order Fuel
- Sign Security OB Book
- Errands
- General administrative duties.
- Basic events planning ( E..g end year function etc.)
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Valid Driver’s License
- Fluent in English and an additional language
- Professional appearance
- Well-spoken
- Computer Literate – Microsoft suite of products
