Our goal is to simplify and improve how the world transacts. We are currently looking for an Admin Assistant/ Junior Personal Assistant to join our team. Are you always the organized one, who loves sorting out the finer details of life and sometimes use the magic of Excel to do so? RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing diaries
Assist with Client liaison on behalf of managers and our executive PA in her absence
Monitoring emails and setting up meetings accordingly
Assist in booking and keeping a record of the companies travel
General administration and filing
Screening calls
Running personal errands for managers

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge & Skills General knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Outlook and Excel, internet and systems savvy
A keen grasp of technology
Proven written and oral communication skills
Proficient in managing business correspondence
Ability to organize personal work priorities

Qualifications

Tertiary education in Administration or similar
Characteristics

Perfectionist (mediocre work won’t cut it)
Extremely organized
Efficient multitasker (we’re a fast-paced company)
An eye for detail (no room for mistakes)
Deadline and delivery driven (enough said)
