Job Description

Hollywoodbets has an exciting opportunity for a HR and Systems Administrator to be based in Durban, Umhlanga. The position will be responsible to provide administrative and systems support to the HR team. Be the point of contact for all HR or admin related queries.  Responsible for the maintenance and ordering of office equipment and stationery.  Utilization of HR systems for the extract and submission of reports as and when required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Computer Literate (prior experience using Microsoft suite)
  • 2 – 3 years’ administration experience


  • HR or Administration Qualification
  • Sage People experience
  • HRIS experience


  • Extract and submit reports as required.
  • Stationery Orders.
  • Order and maintenance of office equipment and maintenance of office space.
  • Update and maintenance of Asset Register.
  • Update and maintenance of databases.
  • Creation and update of HR Documentation.
  • Facilitation of Long Service Award Certificates.
  • Facilitate and make arrangements for HR events and projects.
  • POPI Compliance.
  • Ad hoc related projects and duties.
