Broadband Infraco Learnerships and Internships 2025

Broadband Infraco invites unemployed South African graduates and students to apply for the Work Integrated Learning Programme (WILP) and Internship opportunities 2025. These 12-month programmes offer practical training, workplace exposure, and mentorship across different divisions.

Work Integrated Learning Programme (WILP)


Duration: 12 Months
Division: Operations and Maintenance (O&M)
Number Required: 2 (Bloemfontein)


Entry Requirements & Qualifications

  • Matric.
  • Completed theoretical studies (S4) of National Diploma or N6 National Certificate in:
  • Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current / Light Current), or
  • Computer Science.
  • Letter from University confirming workplace exposure is required to complete qualification.
  • No working experience required.

Internship Opportunities


1: Compliance, Risk and Audit


Duration: 12 Months
Qualifications:
National Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Internal Auditing.
National Diploma or BCom Informatics.
Number Required: 2 (Internal Auditing x1, Business Process Management x1).

2. Finance


Duration: 12 Months
Qualifications:
National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance.
Number Required: 1.


3. Supply Chain Management


Duration: 12 Months
Qualifications:
National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Purchasing
Management.
Number Required: 1.

4. Human Resources


Duration: 12 Months
Qualifications:
National Diploma in Human Resources, Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Industrial
Psychology.
Number Required: 1.

Stipend

  • A monthly stipend will be offered throughout the duration of the programme.
