Ilima Coal Company (Pty) Ltd is inviting applications from young, motivated individuals for its Artisan Learnership Programme 2025.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Completed N3 with the relevant trade
- Must be willing to commit to the full programme
- South African citizenship
Learnership Details
Duration: 2 years
Agreement: Successful candidates will sign a two-year learnership agreement with Ilima
Coal Company, commencing 26 September 2025
- Located near Carolina, Mpumalanga Province, about 3 km east of Carolina, north of the R38.
- Acquired by PGC in 2016 from Pembani Coal Carolina (PCC).
- The colliery operates under a large mining right area, with both opencast and underground
- operations, designed as a phased development over 30 years
