Khumani Iron Ore Mine (Assmang Pty Ltd) invites highly motivated and skilled individuals to apply for its Learnership Programme 2025, designed to help learners grow and develop within the company.

Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science (essential).
Other Requirements
- Medically fit – must meet required medical fitness standards.
- Valid Code B/EB driver’s license.
- Willingness to be trained during shifts.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
- Basic computer literacy.
- Good foot-eye-hand-ear coordination.
Training Details
- Training period: 24 months.
- Learners will be appointed on a fixed-term contract.
- Remuneration: Monthly stipend in line with company remuneration practices.
- Important: Assmang Limited has no obligation to employ learners upon completion of the programme.
Additional Information
- Appointment is subject to medical certification as per the Mine Health and Safety Act (29/1996).
- Candidates may be required to undergo a Dover assessment.
- Learners must arrange their own accommodation and transport.
