• Livestock Handlers (x15)
• Packagers (x40)
• Drivers (x18)

Stipends and Benefits

One of the major attractions of this programme is the monthly stipend provided to all participants. This ensures that learners and employees can support themselves during training and work placement.

• Farming General Workers, Packagers, and Livestock Handlers – R5,750 per month
• Data Capturers – R8,000 per month
• Drivers – R9,500 per month

Additionally, for those placed in farms far from home, free accommodation will be provided for the duration of the programme. This makes it easier for participants to focus on their training without worrying about housing costs.

Duration and Employment Type

• General Workers, Packagers, and Livestock Handlers will participate in a 12-month learnership programme starting from 7 October 2025.
• Data Capturers and Drivers will be placed in permanent positions with long-term career growth potential.

Minimum Requirements
