The BANK SETA In-Service Training program for TVET College students offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical work experience while receiving a monthly stipend. This initiative is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world application, providing students with hands-on training in various banking and financial disciplines. 1: Business Management In-Service Training

    • Number of Posts: 20
    • Stipend: R4,500 per month (18 months)
    • Centre: Any Available Host Employer

      • National N6 Certificate in Business Management
      • South African youth (under 35 years)
      • Valid South African Identity Document/Smart Card
      • No criminal record
      • Commitment to complete the program
      • No previous stipend recipient

    • Skills and Values:
      • Administrative, planning, and organizing skills
      • Financial management, report writing
      • Communication and interpersonal skills

    • Duties:
      • Perform tasks as instructed by supervisor/mentor

    2: Human Resource Management In-Service Training

      • Stipend: R4,500 per month (18 months)
      • Centre: Any Available Host Employer
      • Reference No.: MTC-BS/HRM/2024

      • Requirements:
        • National N6 Certificate in Human Resource Management
        • South African youth (under 35 years)
        • Valid South African Identity Document/Smart Card
        • No criminal record
        • Strong verbal and written communication skills
        • Commitment to complete the program
        • No previous stipend recipient

          • South African youth (under 35 years)

          • Good verbal and written communication skills
          • Commitment to complete the program
          • No previous stipend recipient
