Available Positions and Key Responsibilities
1. Cleaners
- Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize as required.
- Ensure hygiene standards are met in public and staff areas.
2. Housekeeping Staff
- Responsible for cleaning and preparing rooms or facilities.
- Replace linen, towels, and amenities.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and comfort for guests.
3. Bartenders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and follow responsible serving guidelines.
4. Chefs
- Prepare meals according to set menus and company standards.
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety compliance.
- Work with the team to deliver high-quality meals on time.
5. Maintenance Staff
- Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs.
- Ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
- Respond to maintenance requests efficiently.
6. Packers
- Pack, label, and organize stock.
- Assist in managing storage and distribution.
- Ensure accuracy in handling goods and stock levels.
7. Cashiers
- Process customer transactions accurately.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 10–12 (Matric is an advantage).
- Experience: Relevant experience in your chosen role will be an advantage, but training may be provided for some entry-level positions.
- Skills and Attributes:
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Customer-focused attitude, particularly for hospitality and cashier roles.
