Available Positions & Requirements
1. Cashier
As a cashier, you will be the first point of contact for customers. You will handle transactions, process payments, and provide friendly, efficient service.
Key Requirements:
- Proven cashier or point-of-sale experience in retail.
- Strong numerical skills and accuracy when handling cash.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
2. Sales Merchandisers
Sales merchandisers are responsible for displaying products, ensuring shelves are well-stocked, and assisting customers with product information.
Key Requirements:
- Previous retail merchandising experience.
- Knowledge of stock rotation and product presentation.
- Good interpersonal skills to assist customers effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
3. Stock Controller
The stock controller will manage inventory, track stock movement, and ensure all products are stored correctly.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in stock control or inventory management in a retail environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work with stock management systems and perform regular stock counts.
- Problem-solving skills to address shortages or surpluses efficiently.
4. Drivers
Drivers will be responsible for delivering products to customers, suppliers, or other branches in a timely and professional manner.
Key Requirements:
- Valid South African driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Professional, punctual, and customer-focused.
- Knowledge of Cape Town routes and traffic conditions.
- Ability to load and unload stock as needed.
5. Cleaners
Cleaners will ensure that the pharmacy remains spotless and hygienic at all times.
Key Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience in a retail or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
General Requirements for All Positions
- Must be a South African citizen or have valid work authorization.
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ retail experience (depending on the role).
- Professional, punctual, and well-presented.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
