PLANT & RAIL TRAINEES
12 months training program consisting of:
- Theory and Practical Training;
- On-the-plant experience;
- Operating key plant machinery;
- You will be required to undergo Psychometric and Medical assessments
Minimum requirements
Matric or NTC3
Skills
A good learning orientation
Good communication and decision-making skills
Strong problem solving skills
Good Hand Eye coordination
Computer literate
Behavioural attributes
- Physically fit, prepared to operate heavy industrial equipment
- Able to lift and move heavy objects
- Not be afraid of heights
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Prepared to work 12 hour shifts (06h00–18h00 and 18h00–06h00)
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Be prepared to work in all adverse weather conditions or exposure to sun, rain, wind and humidity
- Positive Attitude to work and be supervised
- Self Motivated.
