- Education: A minimum of Grade 12 / Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen with a valid ID.
- Employment Status: Currently unemployed and available to start immediately.
- Location: Applicants must reside in or be willing to work in one of the following provinces:
- Gauteng
- Limpopo
- Mpumalanga
- North West
- Free State
Additional requirements:
- No criminal record.
- Physically able to perform retail duties, such as standing for long hours, lifting stock, and assisting customers.
- A passion for retail and eagerness to learn.
Duties and Responsibilities
As part of the learnership, successful applicants will be placed in retail stores near their location. Daily responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with stock control and replenishment on shelves.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store layout.
- Ensuring correct pricing and product displays.
- Helping customers find products and providing excellent service.
- Monitoring product expiry dates and removing outdated stock.
